BOUGHT LAND FOR: $837.59 I bought this beautiful property just weeks before it came up for Tax Deed Sale. So all those investors licking their chops for this parcel did not even get the chance to bid on it. No doubt that this property would have gone at Tax Deed Sale for $3000-$5000, and the Tax Deed Investor Would have still made a profit on it.
